International Women’s Day – 8th March 2026

International Women’s Day invites us to reflect on solidarity and collective action for gender equality — ensuring that all women, including transgender women, are respected, supported and able to thrive.

Women make up a significant proportion of the pharmacy technician workforce. Their leadership, expertise and impact shape patient care every day.

This , pharmacy technicians can:
✅Mentor a colleague
✅Speak up for fair progression and recognition
✅Challenge bias and discrimination
✅Learn more about inclusive care for transgender women
✅Foster inclusive, psychologically safe team cultures
