As we move into the New Year, daily glimmers are great for momentum!

So I'm just doing my civic duty by sharing mine! 😜

Goal setting is so last decade! Especially when it’s built on an outdated version of you.

Your New Year planning might be missing one thing: who’s doing the planning.

So before you set goals, update who’s setting them. 🧠

As you go through the slides, notice: What’s solid in you (your core).
What’s trying to emerge (your potential).
What’s ready to be retired.
What’s still feeling “not me” and how that might be an old rule, not the truth.
Make this year less DO more. More BE different. ✨

Save this 🔖 and come back for your final reflection of the year, or right before you step into 2026.

Micro boundaries for people pleasers or over-enthusiastic party go-ers! How to stop saying yes when you’re already exhausted.

Holiday season hits and suddenly you’re juggling work things, family plans, school stuff and “quick drinks?” messages on top of weeks that were already full. If your stomach drops every time a “You free on Thursday? ❤️” text lands, that’s your system quietly saying, “This is too much.”

Micro boundaries are the tiny, everyday tweaks that stop the whole month belonging to everyone else – things like leaving earlier, pausing before you say yes, changing the subject when a conversation feels like emotional sandpaper, or actually honouring what you feel up to.

You still get to be kind, generous and involved. You just don’t have to hand over all your time, energy, money and headspace to every plan that appears in your inbox.

Your self talk isn't random. It's years in the making.
🧠 Ready to decode it?

Because if your inner voice is running the show, this will finally give you the upper hand.

Those moments where you’re trying to get on with your day but your head keeps pulling you into spirals, doubt, overthinking, or full-on internal commentary… it’s exhausting. And half the time you don’t know if this is “normal” or if your inner voice has just gone completely rogue. You just want some quiet, some clarity, and space to actually think straight.

That’s exactly why I created the Self-Talk Profiler.
Years of patterns, case notes, client breakthroughs, and “ohhh… that’s what’s happening” moments, all distilled into a free quiz that tells you which inner voice is actually running the show.

Most people think they just have “an inner critic”. But there are distinct patterns, and each one has its own behaviours, blind spots, coping styles, and emotional fingerprints.

Once you know your pattern, you can finally work with your brain instead of wrestling it.

💡And the profile gives you an actual breakdown you can use, including your inner voice type, why it sounds the way it does, where it trips you up, and what helps it settle so you can think straight again.

If you’re someone who overthinks… spirals… beats yourself up… or feels like your brain has its own secret script, this will feel like turning the lights on in a room you’ve been stumbling around in for years.

Either way, go get it… your inner voice has a lot to answer for.

You can't logic your way
put of anxiety when your nervous system
is screaming 'THREAT!'
Try this instead (let's have fun!)... hum.
Literally just hum for 30 seconds. It
activates the vagus nerve and tells your
body 'we're okay, we can slow it down
Once your body believes it, your brain
stops running disaster scenarios.
Mind and body are a package deal.
Remember to use your body to SSSHHHH
your mind.
