Doing a bit of sports massage today at the Dial Arch pub in Woolwich Arsenal for participants coming in who've completed a 184 mile daytime and overnight run following the Thames Parh all the way from Cirencester to the Thames Barrier.

Funds are being raised for the charity Land Aid as part of the Source to Sea event.

Sports massage is an important part of any proper pre and post event aftercare as well as most importantly during any training schedule.

- Our refund and cancellation policy:
Please note that notification of at least 24 hours in advance are required for appointment cancellations. Due to the fact that we hire the treatment room facilities on a per appointment basis for each client booking, a non refundable cancellation fee is also incumbent upon us to be paid which has to be passed on to our client in the event of short notice appointment cancellations. Appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours notice are also subject to 100% of the appointment fee being payable.

We've relocated to these fantastic treatment room in Woolwich town centre, London SE18.

It's an easy 5 minute walk to and from all these modes of transport: Elizabeth line, DLR and mainline (Thameslink and SouthEastern) train stations. A plethora of bus stops connecting to nearby areas and free 3 hour car parking over at the large Tescos.

We're open and ready to take bookings once more. Look forward to seeing you soon! :)
