This week's it is an elegant and flavourful dish featuring Miso Glazed Black Cod served on a bed of tender Baby Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms.

Miso Glazed Black Cod served on a bed of tender Baby Bok Choy and Shiitake

Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus 30 minutes to marinate)
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients:

For the Miso Glaze:
