We have a team of schedulers and coordinators who manage our caregivers, ensuring you are introduced to caregivers who meet your personal requirements. Our clients’ needs range from intense daily personal care to helping hands around the house or just companionship for a few hours a week. Our clients include individuals who have come to us themselves, older children who have referred their parents or relatives, people who receive direct payments from the local authority and clients who are referred to us by the Primary Care Trust. Regardless of how you come to Home Instead, it is our goal to provide the same level of help and care that we want for our own parents.
