Brent Valley Golf Course are holding a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support! This charity is so close to my heart having had a really close friend die of breast cancer earlier this year. Please come and support!

Can't believe it's that time of the year already! My husband (an Ealing Eagle) is pushing for a PB and I've got loads of friends running this year! Supporting is going to be awesome! I'll have my pompoms out in from of Brent Valley Golf Course! But if you feeling tight or have any niggles before the race, book an appointment to see me. You'll be happy you did!
