💗💙 Baby Loss Awareness Week 2025 💙💗

Everyone is welcome to tie a pink or blue ribbon to our main gates — a gentle way to remember and raise awareness for all babies who died before or shortly after birth, in any circumstance.

Ribbons are available by the main gate.

Let’s come together to show love, remembrance, and support for all families touched by baby loss.

If you are unable to visit, and would like us to tie a ribbon on your behalf, please contact us.

Forget Me Not: A Service of Lament and Hope
(In recognition of Baby Loss Awareness Week, 9th-15th October)
This service invites the church to come together - to name and grieve the silence surrounding the pain of pregnancy and infant loss carried by mothers, fathers, and their wider families.
We hope it offers a gentle space for reflection, storytelling, and the nurturing of hope - a hope in which all may thrive and flourish.
We know that no service can fully speak to your loss. Yet we pray that this sacred moment may bring peace, and open a way toward what is possible in your own journey.

Thank you for your patience whilst we renovated the Remembrance Room.

Just look at was under the lino, after days of getting years of adhesive off, the original floor was brought back to all its glory.

We also removed the lowered ceiling tiles and returned to the original ceiling, which needed replastering.

New oak cabinets to display the Books of Remembrance (at a height suitable for wheelchair users) were fitted.

New tiled shelves for flower vases too.

It has been good to hear favourable comments about the improvements. Thanks again for your patience whilst the works took place.

It's the last Tuesday of the month, so it is choir night! Come and join the "Melody Misfits" sing a long to some great songs chosen by . Starts ar 6pm in the chapel, finishes between 6.45pm and 7pm (all free!)

🎻 Mortlake Crematorium hosts fundraiser for Meadow House 🎼

The Meadow House Summer Proms, featuring Ealing Wind Orchestra, will take place on Friday 18 July from 6 to 9pm at Mortlake Crematorium. Doors open at 5.45pm.

Get ready for a night of music and summer vibes in this beautiful outdoor setting. Whether you're a fan of classical music or modern tunes, there'll be something for everyone.

Bring a blanket and a picnic to enjoy with family and friends. There will be a pizza van (vegan and gluten free options available).

Tickets for adults are £10 and under 16's can enter for free with a ticket holding adult. There will be a face painter at the event.

There will be a raffle with great prizes and all money raised will go to the hospice. ❤️
