I had a couple goals with regards to bodybuilding in 2021
1. Compete a lot to gain experience and to have the opportunity to improve as the year went on.
2. To stay as big and strong as I got leaner.
On 1, I managed to do three out of five shows (felt sick), 2 wins in classic bodybuilding.
On 2, I kept my size and strength but I think I sacrificed condition for that.
Overall a solid season with positives
2 wins. PCA Saxon classic and UK open
Managed to maintain a lot of size
Figured out how to get a tan that works for me
Figured out how to come in with a good pump
The negatives
I wasn't shredded enough. I will need to suffer more to get that crisp condition
I really don't think classic should have to compete with open bodybuilders for overall but God dammit I will win the overall next competition no matter what
What's the off season plan. Eat cleanish, train like a beast, actually get some rest days and keep the weight under 115kg ( was on stage at 112kg ). Off season will end on December 31st and then we prep. Hoping to get on stage at around 105kg this time.
Long post but in case you were interested 🤣
