⚠️ Warning: The “Salt & Ice Challenge” is dangerous

This online trend is NOT harmless. It can cause:
❄️ Severe cold burns
❌ Permanent scarring
🏥 In some cases, the need for skin grafts

👩‍👩‍👧 Parents & carers: Please talk to children and young people about the risks — don’t let a trend cause lasting damage for online likes.

✅ If a burn happens:
• Cool under lukewarm water for 10+ minutes
• Cover with cling film
• Seek medical help

💙 Young people: Protect your skin, protect your future. A few likes aren’t worth a lifetime scar.
