Do you think I have enough green veggies on my plate??
I love meals like this I feel soooo good afterwards, no icky feeling, no bloating just simple veggies, with lots of gut friendly fibre and antioxidants. Dark green leafies are also super high in protein and vit K1 and K2! Great for our bones, teeth and circulatory system! Now where's the ice cream? 😂

Can't believe I never did a shout out to this guy for his birthday last month! What kind of s friend am I?
