It’s not often that we’re in London these days so it was very nice to catch up with some of my yogi friends and clients for in person classes this summer.
Hugo was very keen, to have a few 121s and try out his latest purchase when we met up a few weeks back. Cooling on the eyes, this weighted clear crystal eye mask is perfect for savasana - but is anyone else getting Liberace?! No? Must be just me then 🫤

The current scale of human despair and horror in Gaza is overwhelming. As individuals it seems impossible that we can make a difference. While we can’t possibly help everyone, it is possible for us to make a small difference to someone in need.
This is Lara (known as Lulu) with her Dad, bombed out of their home and struggling to survive in Northern Gaza.
I’ve been giving them modest financial support over the past few months. Helping to buy nappies and to buy small amounts of food as what little there is ends up being sold for high prices on the black market.

I’m back in London for a few days next week and planning to run a ‘pop up’ lunchtime yoga class. It would be lovely to see some of you on your mats in real life!
