Vinyassa (lateral) flow tuesday. And a new weekend slot! 🙂
Dear all. Looking forward to seeing your glowing faces on the mat tomorrow. Whilst we all welcome the new 'normal' that is more IRL and less restrictions, please remember that the UK is spiking in the number of new cases. Can I ask that you are all super mindful of this. Our relatively new foray into IRL will be back to zoom if someone rocks up positive. Lateral flow yourselves. keep your mask close by and stick to open spaces and we can enjoy the studio together. Oh, and we're on tuesdays 7.30 and Sundays 9am.
