Smoothie Energy Coffe & Milk Drink.. That's my preferred Nice Healthy Energy Coffee~Milk Smoothie... It's made with 1 Banana 🍌 , 1 Spoon of Blueberries, Spinach 🥬, 1 piece of Dark Chocolate 🍫, 1 Spoon of Protein & Minerals' Powder, 1 Tea-Spoon of Coconut Oil coconut 🥥 1 Teaspoon of Pinut-Butter, 1 Expresso~Coffee Cup☕️1 Tea~Spoon of Indian Jaggery sweet, that’s a such if Indian Healthy sugar NOT RAFINATED.. not very well-known in Western Countries.. or 1 Tea-Spoon of Honey, if You don’t have the Indian Jaggery.., then put fill up Your Blender~Bottle with Milk milk🍼 & then Blend it with Blender/Mixer, til reach the consistence of Smoothie, as You can see in the Picture... If You want, You can put whatever Fruits You prefer.. even Apples &/or Blackberries, Raspberries.. etc etc... Afyer blended it, You can put together Your Smoothie even 1 Tea-spoon of Basil-Seeds, Which You can get it in Indian Shops or even by Groceries.. You’ll recognise that by its colour, that’s BLACK... But before to put Your Basil’s Seeds into Your Smothie, You’ll have to HYDRATE YOUR BASIL’s Seeds, putting them within a Bit of Water 💦... it’s enough about 1 small cup of coffee for doing that.. then when You’ll see the Basil’s Seeds.. by BLACK.. becoming WHITE coloured.. then You can put them together the Smoothie & Drink it.. Enjoyyyyyyyy it 😉😍😋
