Excellent book for any survivor of childhood trauma, anyone working with adult survivors and anyone who had young adults in their lives. 💖📚

It's an account of blurred realities, pain and confusion, but also if reclaiming ones voice and ones reality.

Reading someone else account makes us realise we are not alone.

It's healing in and of itself. It can put words to those silent gaps, and sharpen the edges of a blurred reality and explain things that just don't make sense.
