This is a rare opportunity to learn Mindful Self-Compassion skills over five days in fully residential format from Friday 30th May to Wednesday 4th June 2025 at the fabulous Hill Cottage Retreat Centre near Knighton on the Welsh borders.
Accommodation is in unique purpose-built eco-friendly cabins where everyone has their own bedroom, there’s delicious homemade vegetarian food, a natural swimming pond and glorious countryside all around.
