Go Mindfully is Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher offering mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) and self-compassion (MSC) courses, counselling, residential retreats and supervision for teachers in Richmond, Kingston, London, Surrey and online. We offer beginner and follow-up courses and ongoing events serving a growing, friendly community of students for whom mindfulness has become an integral part of life. Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher and Jaya Rudgard founded Go Mindfully together in 2010. Our teaching is based on many years of personal practice and in-depth training. We combine a strong commitment to the integrity of our teaching, with a creative and playful touch.

I highly recommend 👏🏻 my wonderful friend and colleague Ali Lambie is offering your last opportunity to register for the 5 day residential Mindful Self-Compassion training coming up at the end of May.

This is a rare opportunity to learn Mindful Self-Compassion skills over five days in fully residential format from Friday 30th May to Wednesday 4th June 2025 at the fabulous Hill Cottage Retreat Centre near Knighton on the Welsh borders.

Accommodation is in unique purpose-built eco-friendly cabins where everyone has their own bedroom, there’s delicious homemade vegetarian food, a natural swimming pond and glorious countryside all around.
