At this critical junction of our dear nation, I believe responsible patriots should be able to address & talk to ourselves frankly and on equal basis. On that note, I contacted you on the X social media platform, addressing your statement regarding LOOTERS during the GOVERNANCE protest vis-à-vis the implied threats to DIASPORANS & requesting you to reply. I am sure it is obvious to many that the way this government has handled the crisis falls far short of responsible. Sovereign oppressed Nigerian citizens continue to be treated CONDESCENDINGLY as though they were serfs and not MASTERS in their land. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. THE REVERSE IS THE CASE. CITIZENS ARE SUPREME, and all governments & agencies should UNDERSTAND THIS. Governments come & governments go…A*O ROCK REMAINS. Government is a CONTINUUM, and must take responsibility for the actions, including LOANS & TREATY OBLIGATIONS. The Tinubu administration above all must know this. I realise that you are aware how the newly installed government of Prime Minister KEIR STAMMER’s LABOUR GOVERNMENT is reacting to the on-going protests in the UK… The police are controlling the crowd from mounted horse back… and NOT trying to disperse them with government inspired political THUGS. This much government trick is known by citizens. They are saying that looters cannot be allowed to DESTROY PROPERTIES OR STEAL. SIMILARLY, CROOKED, DISHONEST, UNACCOUNTABLE POLITICIANS, who are in fact servants of the sovereign state too, should have been stopped by the same-self agency, constitutionally mandated to protect the nation from external or INTERNAL DISRUPTION of our SOVEREIGNTY…THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I have learnt from my respected former COMMANDANT at the ARMED FORCES COMMAND & STAFF COLLEGE, Jaji…Senior division 42 years ago, General DOMKAT BALI, that without JUSTICE, ACCOUNTABILY, EQUITY, FAIRNESS, RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS etc., GOOD GOVERNANCE is IMPOSSIBLE. What you will get is DICTATORSHIP & FASCIST RULE. Surely we DON’T WANT THAT. The other thing is this; BEHAVIOUR of young NORTHERNERS spearheading the LOOTING is a REACTION to what they consider UNFAIR REPRESENTATION of Arewa NORTH in this TINUBU regime. I think they have a POINT. So, mon General, you noticed that I did not flatter you by addressing you as OGA, since you are not that. We can be satisfied by expressing the mutual feelings of PATRIOTISM & LOVE we both have for NIGERIA in the language of esprit de corps as COMRADE-in ARMS.
As a leader you owe it a duty to DO RIGHT, AND DEFEND NIGERIA & NIGERIAN’S sovereignty by the OATH you swore, NOT TO TINUBU & HIS FAILED GOVERNMENT, BUT TO THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION & THE SOVEREIGN CITIZENS OF NIGERIA . AT A LATER DATE, BUT VERY SOON, I CAN SUGGEST HOW THIS can be ACHIEVABLE…without BLOODSHED !!! But that declaration by the Security Agents of the govt, that they are aware of Nigerians overseas are ENCOURAGING the PROTESTS ie., vis a vis Nigerians like me in the Diaspora.
This is an unmitigated assault & threat to our constitutional rights… to associate, inform and speak our minds. What a silly threat ! Are they going to send assassins to eliminate us or what ?
ARE WE THREATENING THEIR COMMAND & CONTROL ACTIVITIES OF NIGERIAN CITIZENS & their intentions to keep them FOREVER OPPRESSED & SUBJUGATED. WE WILL RESIST EVEN THIS MILITARISTIC TRENDS IN OUR SOVEREIGN SECURITY SERVANTS. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GODS, NOR ARE WE PRISONERS IN OUR OWN COUNTRY, AS WE HAVE BEEN RIGHTFULLY TOLD BY EZEKWEISILI & the group of CIVIL SERVANTS RECENTLY.
Government cannot restrict nationwide protesters to a herded locus, the purpose of peaceful protests is to INFORM, EDUCATE the oppressed to their CIVIL RIGHTS and to seek Peaceful alternatives to OPPRESSION. The duty of the security service is to prevent PAID THUGS from DISRUPTING & DESTABILISING PEACEFUL
ASSEMBLY and not to MUZZLE FREE SPEECH and HUMAN RIGHTS… which they are doing by THREATHENING my HUMAN RIGHTS & FREEDOM.
WHY CAN’T NIGERIANS FREELY REDACT & ABROGATE THE MANDATE FREELY GIVEN TO NON-PERFORMING, ERRING REPRESENTATIVES AT ANY TIME, RATHER THAN CONTINUE TO SUFFER INSECURITY, UNACCOUNTABILITY, BAD GOVERNANCE, & ARROGANT DICTATORSHIP… If not NOW, it should form part of our NEW SOVEREIGN CONSTITUTION !!!

For your information, I am a doctor, a certified FLIGHT SURGEON and
Senior Consultant & Lieutenant Colonel with the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE SCHOOL OF AEROSPACE MEDICINE (USAFSAM) in San Antonio, Texas, USA in 1978 and 1987who outperformed all the soldiers attending the CSC 3 course at their game. As a senior officer attending the ARMED FORCES MILITARY COMMAND and STAFF COLLEGE, KADUNA in 1983, I won two prestigious prizes: BEST LEADING ARTICLE appearing in the college magazine, “ EAGLE ‘83 “ also “ AIR POWER PRIZE” worth £50.00 at the time. These were the coveted prizes dummies like BODE GEORGE & AKHIGBE, both military Naval governors of ONDO STATE & LAGOS STATE respectively at the time. They cheated to obtain this awards…failed, WERE CAUGHT and were thrown out of the course by the BRITISH CO-ORD STAFF and the highly ethical General Domkat BALI, the COMMANDANT of the college.

On that note, I contacted you on the X social media platform, addressing your statement regarding LOOTERS during the GOVERNANCE protest vis-à-vis the implied threats to DIASPORANS & requesting you to reply. I am sure it is obvious to many that the way this government has handled the crisis falls far short of responsible. Sovereign oppressed Nigerian citizens continue to be treated CONDESCENDINGLY as though they were serfs and not MASTERS in their land. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. THE REVERSE IS THE CASE. CITIZENS ARE SUPREME, and all governments & agencies should UNDERSTAND THIS. Governments come & governments go…A*O ROCK REMAINS. Government is a CONTINUUM, and must take responsibility for the actions, including LOANS & TREATY OBLIGATIONS. The Tinubu administration above all must know this. I realise that you are aware how the newly installed government of Prime Minister KEIR STAMMER’s LABOUR GOVERNMENT is reacting to the on-going protests in the UK… The police are controlling the crowd from mounted horse back… and NOT trying to disperse them with government inspired political THUGS. This much government trick is known by citizens. They are saying that looters cannot be allowed to DESTROY PROPERTIES OR STEAL. SIMILARLY, CROOKED, DISHONEST, UNACCOUNTABLE POLITICIANS, who are in fact servants of the sovereign state too, should have been stopped by the same-self agency, constitutionally mandated to protect the nation from external or INTERNAL DISRUPTION of our SOVEREIGNTY…THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I have learnt from my respected former COMMANDANT at the ARMED FORCES COMMAND & STAFF COLLEGE, Jaji…Senior division 42 years ago, General DOMKAT BALI, that without JUSTICE, ACCOUNTABILY, EQUITY, FAIRNESS, RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS etc., GOOD GOVERNANCE is IMPOSSIBLE. What you will get is DICTATORSHIP & FASCIST RULE. Surely we DON’T WANT THAT. The other thing is this; BEHAVIOUR of young NORTHERNERS spearheading the LOOTING is a REACTION to what they consider UNFAIR REPRESENTATION of Arewa NORTH in this TINUBU regime. I think they have a POINT. So, mon General, you noticed that I did not flatter you by addressing you as OGA, since you are not that. We can be satisfied by expressing the mutual feelings of PATRIOTISM & LOVE we both have for NIGERIA in the language of esprit de corps as COMRADE-in ARMS.
As a leader you owe it a duty to DO RIGHT, AND DEFEND NIGERIA & NIGERIAN’S sovereignty by the OATH you swore, NOT TO TINUBU & HIS FAILED GOVERNMENT, BUT TO THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION & THE SOVEREIGN CITIZENS OF NIGERIA . AT A LATER DATE, BUT VERY SOON, I CAN SUGGEST HOW THIS can be ACHIEVABLE…without BLOODSHED !!! But that declaration by the Security Agents of the govt, that they are aware of Nigerians overseas are ENCOURAGING the PROTESTS ie., vis a vis Nigerians like me in the Diaspora.
This is an unmitigated assault & threat to our constitutional rights… to associate, inform and speak our minds. What a silly threat ! Are they going to send assassins to eliminate us or what ?
ARE WE THREATENING THEIR COMMAND & CONTROL ACTIVITIES OF NIGERIAN CITIZENS & their intentions to keep them FOREVER OPPRESSED & SUBJUGATED. WE WILL RESIST EVEN THIS MILITARISTIC TRENDS IN OUR SOVEREIGN SECURITY SERVANTS. Government cannot restrict nationwide protesters to a herded locus, the purpose of peaceful protests is to INFORM, EDUCATE the oppressed to their CIVIL RIGHTS and to seek Peaceful alternatives to OPPRESSION. The duty of the security service is to prevent PAID THUGS from DISRUPTING & DESTABILISING PEACEFUL
ASSEMBLY and not to MUZZLE FREE SPEECH and HUMAN RIGHTS… which they are doing by THREATHENING my HUMAN RIGHTS & FREEDOM.

Senior Consultant & Lieutenant Colonel with the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE SCHOOL OF AEROSPACE MEDICINE (USAFSAM) in San Antonio, Texas, USA in 1978 and 1987who outperformed all the soldiers attending the CSC 3 course at their game. As a senior officer attending the ARMED FORCES MILITARY COMMAND and STAFF COLLEGE, KADUNA in 1983, I won two prestigious prizes: BEST LEADING ARTICLE appearing in the college magazine, “ EAGLE ‘83 “ also “ AIR POWER PRIZE” worth £50.00 at the time. These were the coveted prizes dummies like BODE GEORGE & AKHIGBE, both military Naval governors of ONDO STATE & LAGOS STATE respectively at the time.
