This afternoon, some residents and their families had great fun helping to make and then eat Fifteens - Northern Irish no-bake tray cake, made with digestive biscuits, marshmallows, black cherries, condensed milk and desecated cocunut, chilled in the fridge and then sliced into 15 pieces. A sweet a d sticky but delicious treat as a dessert or with a cuppa and so easy to make.
