B is a level 3 qualified personal trainer & pre & post natal coach, she has been working in the industry for over 7 years & successfully progressed all her clients to their desired fitness goals.

She is all about helping build strong, bad ass & fierce women. Sessions are tailored & designed to help the clients achieve their goals from simply learning to lift weights as a beginner, progressing in their strength journey or simply maintaining the strength they already have. In addition to weight training, HIIT & cardio workouts will be incorporated to help improve fitness levels.

Are you pregnant? or do you have a baby?
I am a mum and a personal trainer.
I run a space in Wandsworth next to Southside shopping, which specialises in pre and post natal exercise classes that you can bring your bump or baby whilst you exercise with other mamas, in a safe and chilled environment.
The classes are run like small group PT, with a maximum of 6 per class so you won't get lost in a big crowd. After each class we have a nice cuppa, all under one roof.

Your first class is FREE so email me if you’re interested. No walk ins as we will need to have a few health, birth and lifestyle questions prior.

We have an amazing yoga instructor here too, who is a mum and pre/post natal specialist, so check out our timetable.
We also have a large functional personal training gym, for 1-1 PT sessions and classes such as MamaStrongMODE and PregnancyStrongMODE.

We are not just a Mama gym, but a mama hub, we have FREE social meet ups, friendly walks and family related workshops and most importantly a great community.
So come and join our Mama Hub.

New to our schedule? Welcome to our Mama Hub for fitness, community and support.

What is MamaFitMODE? (MFM)

🌷Small group classes for Mamas rebuilding functional strength & getting fit. Set up as group PT and pilates style classes with a maximum of six women, so you won't feel lost in a big crowd. Focusing on deep core and functional body weight conditioning. You'll get individual guidance on alignment & technique.

👶🏾Most importantly you can bring your beautiful baby to all the classes on this timetable.

What is MamaStrongMODE? (MSM)

💪🏾Mama Strong MODE is for all those mamas out there who want to build strength, get fit and have fun!
Classes take place in our basement gym, using the weights and set up like small group personal training. Not a commercial busy gym environment.

👑This is a progression class from Mama Fit Mode, this is because through MFM you will build the foundation with our functional training and pilates style classes to take part, which can start from as early as 6-8 weeks post-partum from your GP consent. We usually recommend 6 sessions of MFM before MSM

What is Mama Yoga MODE? (MYM)

🧘🏼‍♀️Our Mama and baby/toddler Yoga classes are designed to give you a chance to move, breathe and relax, to reconnect with yourself and to bond with your new baby/toddler. Our classes are a great way to strengthen and nurture yourself after pregnancy and birth, finding some calm and stillness whilst also empowering you and giving you energy.
Postnatal yoga has many benefits for your body, and your mind too.

🤸🏻‍♀️You can also mix and match MFM, MSM and MYM classes with a flexi pack option.

We are not just a Mama gym, we are a community. We have a free cuppa after each class for those all important conversations with someone that doesn't throw food at you, hehe.

🌼Monday 12th June 11.30-13.30

🌼Parents, parents to be, grandparents and carers can come and learn life saving skills and gain confidence in those horrible imagine if situations.

🌼The course will cover CPR, choking, baby&child recovery, shock, head injuries, burns and much more.

WHAT IS TRAINING MODE - A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO FITNESS AND WELLBEING

Training MODE is an environment to train, develop and grow together. The facility, split over two floors, accommodates; personal training, group classes, with events and workshops.

Equipped with a water rower, cable column, sled, 8ft high callisthenics rig, Olympic bars, kettle bells and an array of functional equipment, the space has been designed by a personal trainer, created with the client and trainer in mind.

Training MODE is made up of two levels; ground floor and lower level. The Studio (ground floor) is where group classes take place like YOGA or ?Fit Mama Fit and the Personal Trainers do their thing on the lower level.

Simply put Jade wants to create a hub for fitness, business and community, promoting change and development, we hope that you can join us on this journey!
