Have you tried Sorrel yet? This leafy green may look like spinach, but it surprises with a zingy and citrusy flavour and is packed filled with vitamins. Originally cultivated across Europe and Asia, Sorrel adds a unique twist to salads and sandwiches. 🌿

Sorrel is one of the crops we grow on many of our Office Farms. Whether it's enjoyed during one of our regular harvest sessions with the team or as part of a local school visit, there’s always a bit of excitement in discovering this unique flavour!
