Happy New Year, everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to apologize for my absence from this page for some months now. As a student nurse, life got busy, and I wasn't able to post as regularly as I would have liked.

But I'm back now, and I'm excited to start sharing health education content with you all again! In fact, I'm planning to start creating videos soon, so stay tuned for those.

If you could help me get back into the swing of things by sharing this post and letting your friends know that I'm back, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks for your patience and support, and I look forward to connecting with you all again

Implications of Using Saliva as a Lubricant During Pe*******on

Using saliva as a lubricant during s*x can have several implications:

1. Infection risk: Saliva can transmit bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens, potentially leading to infections like chlamydia, gonorrhea, or herpes.
2. PH imbalance: Saliva has a different pH level than va**nal fluids, which can disrupt the natural balance and potentially lead to irritation or infections.
3. Limited lubrication: Saliva can evaporate quickly, providing only temporary lubrication, which may not be sufficient for comfortable or prolonged s*x.
4. Drying effect: Saliva can have a drying effect on the ge****ls, particularly the va**na, leading to discomfort or pain.
5. Allergic reactions: Some individuals may be allergic to their partner's saliva, which can cause an allergic reaction or irritation.
6.Impact on va**nal health: Excessive use of saliva as a lubricant can alter the natural flora of the va**na, potentially leading to yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis.

It's recommended to use appropriate water-based or silicone-based lubricants specifically designed for s*xual activity to ensure comfortable and safe s*x
