Yeung had worked with multiple online coaches in the past. Each time, he’d see results for a few weeks… then hit a plateau.

No matter how hard he tried, he never felt like he achieved the results he truly deserved.

We met in June last year. He was on the fence about committing to face-to-face training wondering if this time could be different.

Six months later, training twice a week and attending one Sweat with Complex class each week, Yeung finally achieved the physique he’d been chasing for years.
