New Year Detox
After finishing all the Christmas/New Year goodies, it's time to give the gut a good clear out. Increase/Double the amount of vegetable intake. All vegetables are good!!! I eat them with hummus or coleslaw, makes them less boring!!
Avoid processed foods (foods which come with fancy wrapppers) and try to keep this up for 2 weeks.
