Celebrating 30 years.

Having worked for 5 years in Sutton after graduation, I opened my own practice on the 01 of April 1996, in Lancaster Road, South Norwood, We moved to our current site, 121 South Norwood Hill in 2008 and now have team of 5 Chiropractors.

I still have the same desk (sadly not the hair, see below) but more importantly some of my original patients are still coming back and bringing generations of their families.

Thank you to all the patients and staff who have supported me over the years. I am forever grateful.

Marching

It hs been raining every day this year!! Many patients have told me they have not been out walking regularly. So I have recommended that they "March" on the spot in the comfort of their dry living room for 10 minutes. Be sure to exaggerate the movement as this helps to move the lower spine and the pelvis.

A firmer pillow is better at maintaining the head and neck level with the body during the night's sleep. Personally, I prefer the orthopaedic memory form pillows as they contour the shape of the head and neck.

New Year Detox

After finishing all the Christmas/New Year goodies, it's time to give the gut a good clear out. Increase/Double the amount of vegetable intake. All vegetables are good!!! I eat them with hummus or coleslaw, makes them less boring!!

Avoid processed foods (foods which come with fancy wrapppers) and try to keep this up for 2 weeks.
