ACL Rehab ⛷️ 🎿
Lower Limb Strengthening & Stability ✅

Aim is to help strengthen the muscles that protect the ACL while improving knee stability and control. The unstable surface challenges proprioception, training the body to react and maintain knee alignment. This exercise also strengthens the glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings, helping avoid inward knee collapse and supporting single-leg movement patterns.
