“THE PROBLEM-SOLVING GAP THAT SILENTLY KILLS PERFORMANCE”
Most organisations do not fail because of poor strategy. They fail because they choose the wrong problem to solve.
Over the years, I’ve found that the most effective leaders use a simple sequence to avoid this trap:
1. Clarify the real problem
2. Diagnose root causes
3. Generate multiple pathways
4. Stress test solutions
5. Execute with discipline
This is not theory. It is the difference between teams that stay stuck in cycles of firefighting and teams that consistently deliver results.
When leaders slow down long enough to define the problem with precision, ex*****on becomes faster, cleaner and more predictable.
What problem are you solving this week, and is it the real one?
