The best health tip I gave myself this summer? … Take a proper break.

As a business founder working in the health industry, I often talk about recovery, prevention and work-life balance, but it’s easy to forget to practise it myself.

Stepping away from the usual routine reminded me what true balance really feels like. Health isn’t just about workouts and eating well, it’s also about giving yourself space to recharge.
