I used to think a “fat burner” meant feeling shaky, sweaty, and counting down the minutes until the caffeine crash. 😵‍💫 Tried a few over the years and always ended up tossing them after a week because I couldn’t handle the jitters.

Not in a salesy way. Just… human to human.

I know what it feels like to be almost done. To have tried long enough that the hope has gone quiet. To look at another "success story" online and feel more defeated than inspired because you've been doing the same things and not getting the same results.

I know what it's like to eat a sensible dinner and then undo it at 10pm because your body just wouldn't stop asking for more.
I know the exhaustion of mornings where getting up feels like the hardest part of the whole day — before anything else has even happened.

And I know how easy it is to blame yourself for all of it.
But here's what I wish someone had told me sooner:
You are probably not the problem.
