Lighter evenings, blue skies, vitamin D... summer is great, absolutely 10000%. But for a lot of us, it can also bring pressure. We feel the need to have a packed social calendar, go on holiday, feel comfortable in a bikini, and have the money to be able to afford all this!
Here, our Ambassador Jess gets into why that pressure is so common, and why it’s okay if summer doesn’t feel like the highlight reel it’s supposed to. Life doesn’t only happen in summer. You’re allowed to look forward to December, or next spring, or literally any other time of year.
