I'm Ruth, I am an experienced ante-natal trainer, with a diploma in Baby Massage. I offer group and individual baby massage classes to mums and dads for babies aged 4 weeks to one year. Baby massage encourages baby to sleep for longer periods, aids digestions and tummy problems, such as trapped wind and colic, and boosts their immune system too - vital at this time of the year! Baby massage helps mums AND dads bond with babies, and increases the confidence of handling babies, and understanding their body language.
