Yoga is not just a practice. Its a world of information that helps us understand our dimensions as human beings. The human mind is both infinite and creative in potential. What limits us from maximizing this potential are the limits of our practical, physical self. Yoga gives us the tools to train this practical self so that it is not limited. It teaches us to use our body and consciousness to maximize our depth and potential. Kundalini Yoga is the most ancient of Yogas, kept secret for many years and taught only to Kings and priests. It is the Yoga of awareness but it is also a route to better physical health. Through this practice we strengthen our core muscles, our immune systems and glands. We work deeply on our nervous system, making us resilient to stress, we improve blood circulation and develop awareness of how we can influence our bodies. When we practice Kundalini Yoga we have endless energy to live a life of intuition, feeling strong healthy and able to face anything life brings. We all have a dormant energy inside us that connects to the universal conscious energy. As long as it is dormant we will experience ourselves only in a limited way and never live to our maximum potential. With the help of Kundalini Yoga we can awaken this energy and reach our true and extended self

Simple tips that make a big difference 🙏

🌿 With Coronavirus cases rising rapidly everywhere, Re-posting on request from many readers. .

🌿 Over the last few days I have been asked many times for ways of strengthening immunity and immune system in light of the viral spread. Please note what I mention here is from an Ayurvedic point of view to help strengthen immune system to help prevent any viral illnesses.
🌿 200 ml hot/warm water on empty stomach to drink down, first thing in the morning
🌿 Ginger Lemon Zest Tea 3 times daily after meals helps to strengthen the Agni and helps remove Ama from the body
🌿 Chyawanprash 1 teaspoon in hot water at 11am and 4pm which is known for a very good immune boosting effect
🌿 Tulsi 2 capsules 2 times daily which is known as one of the best immune boosting herbs for the respiratory system and respiratory system related flues and fevers including any viral infections
🌿 Neem 1 capsule 3 times daily helps to strengthen the liver and has very good anti viral, anti fungal properties
🌿 Turmeric 1 capsule 3 times daily as it has very good blood cleansing, anti bacterial, anti viral properties
🌿 Triphala 2 capsule in evening around 9pm to help remove excess toxin through stools
🌿 At least 1 litre of warm water every day. Soups as often as possible. Warm foods help to improve circulation and remove illness.
🌿 Avoid cold dairy and dairy products. No Yoghurt, cold milk, cheese, cream.
🌿 Aloe Vera Juice as often as possible as its bitter tastes helps to scrape away excess toxins
🌿 In light of people wanting to protect themselves and strengthen immune system, I hope this will be useful and helpful.

The inner compass is spinning furiously trying to get our attention. It’s asking us to look within and follow the signs from the inside out.

Everyday make time for its guidance. One step shall be revealed.

All we need to do is follow it, one day at a time.The time is Now.
