Motivation? 🤣 😂 Absolutely nowhere to be found honestly these past 7 days i couldn't be bothered however guess what… excuses don’t burn calories 😂🔥

Gym might be small. Equipment limited but if I’m getting it in on holiday, you can DEFINITELY squeeze in 20 mins at home or in a gym locally whatever the weather.

Here are 5 reasons your belly fat might not be shifting ⤵️

1️⃣ You’re Doing Too Much Cardio, Not Enough Strength Work

Cardio burns calories, but muscle keeps them burning after your workout. Without resistance training, you lose tone and slow your metabolism especially around your stomach.

💡 Tip: Combine lifting and cardio for a stronger, leaner body.

2️⃣ You’re Eating Baby Portions

Starving yourself doesn’t make you lose more it actually makes your body hold on to fat. Your metabolism slows, your hormones crash, and progress stops.

💡 Tip: Eat enough of the right foods to fuel fat loss, not fight it.

3️⃣ You’re Guessing, Not Tracking

"Healthy eating” doesn’t always mean calorie-controlled. When you don’t track, it’s easy to overdo it without realising.

💡 Tip: Track for just a few weeks, the awareness alone will change everything.

4️⃣ You’re Sleeping Less and Stressing More

When sleep drops, cortisol rises (hormone ) and that tells your body to store fat, especially around your belly and hips.

💡 Tip: 7–8 hours of quality sleep = faster recovery and better results.

Being strict all week then letting loose on Friday - Sunday is like taking two steps forward and three back. have You got goals you seriously want to achieve?
