Happy 2026.
I’m excited to be back on my mat and in class, setting intentions for the year ahead. Come join me as we flow gently into January.
Often, we start the year with big goals for change and fresh starts - but how about setting a quiet intention instead?
Taking time to pause and reset the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and create a little space. Giving yourself permission to ease into January after what, for many, was a busy festive period.
From there, you may find that your mind and body are naturally nudged towards realistic, sustainable goals that feel more aligned to you.
Practices such as yoga, mindfulness, and gentle breathwork offer the opportunity to reconnect and carve out that space.
Join us as we set intentions and move easefully into January.
