Investing time in ourselves through struggles can be hard work, but this leads us to a part of ourselves that we would never experience if we don't.
That part of us is stronger, wiser, more empatic, confident, fearless, resilient and more of who we are.

Keep investing, rest if needs be, inject some fun too, as this is all a part of the remedy.
