How’s your 2023 going so far?

There’s still time for new adventures, places to see, people to meet, love to make, hugs to collect, foods to try, songs to dance to, full or new moons to gaze at, and more!

If you’re not living your life, then what are you doing with it?

I teach survivors of Domestic Violence Abuse (DVA) how to regain power and control over their lives.

I have lived personal as well as longterm professional experience of DVA.

Like an alchemist, I transmute my experiences into lessons for others to benefit from. Having laid another relationsh*t to rest (that was not a spelling mistake!), I had to heal and of course write about my experiences. My new book will be published soon, but in the meantime, I wanted to encourage you to make the rest of 2023 really count!

Do something for you! If you’ve always did, what you’ve always done, you’ll always get, what you’ve always got, So do something different!

“Why not apply the same rules to your love life as you would as an employer?

Your dates are interviews. So if you choose to have dates over a few months, they’re on probation. If they’re ‘up for the job’ of being your lover, or long term partner, they should be open to performance reviews. If they don’t stick to the job description, they get fired!”

I’ve been underground for a while. Please forgive me.

To walk my talk, I had to release and transmute things that were weighing me down. And naturally write all about it.

So grateful for those who love me and supported me through the winter. I’m happy to say goodbye to the past. And excited that a new season is on its way.
