Soundbath and reiki breath meditation with

Jasmin will share an immersive energy and sound meditation to help soothe and relax you. For the first forty-five minutes, Jasmin will guide you through a reiki breath meditation called The Three Diamonds with hands on healing, followed by a forty-five minute Sound Meditation.

Give your entire body space to surrender and receive the vibrations of carefully considered therapeutic sound tools such as the metal and crystal sound bowls, tuning forks, healing voice, and more. Healing frequencies, waves and vibrations flow into every cell of your being, balancing, harmonising, restoring and nurturing you to offer peace, harmony and flow.

The sound meditation will also help aid deep rest and healing sleep. Grab a notepad and pen as you may like to journal after the session.

HERBS FOR SKIN WORKSHOP with 🌿🌿🌿🪴🪴🪴

SUNDAY 4 MAY 2-4pm

In this session you will learn how to use herbs to support skin health. Hackney Hebal will talk you through some of their favourite herbs and show you how you can make simple remedies to keep your skin healthy. We’ll be exploring infused herbal oils, plant extracts and essential oils. As part of the session you will make a customised herbal infused lip balm to take home.

The Inside Out Clothing Project is the UK’s first clothing brand created and designed by young ex-offenders.

Their main mission is to generate realistic job prospects for young people leaving the justice system by creating opportunities in business through fashion and design. 👏👏😎

After studying in Florence 🇮🇹 she is doing another year of her degree in London

She is helping us with our .hs app as well as doing lots of creative tasks and is excellent with customers
