Yifat Bassist

Yifat Bassist I always make sure that the person who’s being treated will feel safe and being involved in the decision making.

We help and advanced the knowledge base and practical proficiency in the paramedical sector by providing educational and training post graduate courses delivered by world leading specialists in their field. I am a Physiotherapist and I believe in the influence and the change that can be made by a treatment that not only treats the pain and lack of movement but also sees the person as a whole and target that person ability to achieve his goals and his level of participation in society. The unique experience of in a large world known rehabilitation hospital and after that being involved in the consulting and supervision of the prosthesis of the MDF soldiers and moreover being in charge of the terror attack mobility and physiotherapy aspect, gave me the understanding of the needs of a MSK, neurologic or respiratory disability. I always seek to have a better understanding what could change and give a better way to break “the wall of disability”. And when I achieve that, I declare it as a victory!

Clinical reasoning in action

If your patient begins treatment with a 30–40 mm pain-free opening, and you apply the right techniques, you should expect to see immediate improvement — not just after a few days.

That’s how you know you’re heading in the right direction with your patient.
If progress isn’t happening, it’s a sign to reassess and consider additional factors that may be influencing their condition.

This is exactly what you’ll learn in the Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) course — how to assess, reason, and treat with precision and confidence.
