I’m a big believer that starting your day outside of one of the best things you can do for your wellbeing! 🌅
A little time outside this morning, watching the waves sipping my tea having my pea pancakes (can confirm they are delicious 😋🫛) was exactly what I was craving. ☺️
Normally, I’ll come home after teaching a class and jump straight into doing. Finishing off the next task, ticking the next thing off the list.
But this morning something about the light on the water was calling me. ✨ So I made my breakfast and took it outside, spent a little time journalling, did a little mini meditation and felt incredibly grateful to start my day this way!
