This week we wrapped up our winter yoga series, and what an incredible 12 weeks it’s been! 🥹

To everyone who came on Wednesday evenings and a Friday mornings, thank you! 🙏🏼 These classes have brought me so much joy 💫

Your dedication, energy and openness, have been incredible and it truly has been an honour to watch you grow each week. 🌻
