Careers Fair.
I was recently invited to represent the professions ( beauty and massage therapy)

Students visited each table and asked us questions about the role, what motivated me to choose this work, what qualifications are required, the pay and prospects.

I loved being able to talk about doing something that I love. 💜

This is my second batch of handmade dishwasher tablets so no chemicals. One tablespoon of pure Castile soap, 1/4 cup of food grade citric acid and a cup of food grade bicarbonate of soda with eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils.

Eco soy wax melts. Strawberry and geranium fragranced. The latter using only geranium essential oil. The other blended fragrance oil. Both gorgeous but I prefer using just essential oils.

Petrissage. One of the basic, and probably most essential, techniques used in massage. From the French, "to knead", it is also a term used in baking. Kneading. rolling and picking up of tissue can be used y the length of a muscle or across it and can y fingers and thumbs, palms, closed hands as well as forearms.
