I am Matt Tibbles and I’m an ex Army PTI who spent five years training army personnel in a variety of different ways. My experience has given me extensive knowledge of the human body and the best ways to achieve fitness goals for people of all ages. In my classes you will be outdoors and away from the gym environment. My motto is "whatever we can do in a gym we can do outside!" Whether you are looking for general fitness, to lose weight, put on weight, recover from injuries or prepare for sports competitions, as your Personal Trainer I will design a fully optimised training programme specifically created to achieve your personal goals and suited to your own particular needs in the shortest possible time. This will be based upon your age, weight, s*x, health and current fitness level. It is my job as a Personal Trainer to keep you motivated and focused. Setting constant challenges and monitoring your progress will result in noticeable improvements all round. Getting you in shape is a team effort!!
