Health is EVERYTHING!

Lately I’ve been having some migraines which affected my daily schedule and ability to do what needs to be done ..

This was a great reminder that HEALTH is literally the most important thing a human can have. Everything else is just a plus.

You can have your cars, apartments, clothes and other material s**t, if your health is fu*ked - your whole life gonna be affected in EVERY SINGLE WAY!

And the older you get - the more important is to look after your health, otherwise soon enough you will be FORCED to find time for those long doctor appointments and money for medication and medical bills without a guarantee that you will be healthy again.

So if you are smart - invest in your health NOW or be FORCED to invest in it 10x more later and suffer the consequences of being ignorant.

The reason your clothes are tight is cause you are eating too many calories! 🍽️

Few salads or chicken sandwiches NOT gonna do s**t for losing fat but only gonn give you a FALSE hope that you are “doing something”, which just keeps you being stuck without seeing real changes 🔁

Training at the gym should be a way to get healthier and to improve your looks (don’t lie that you don’t care about it) 💪🏽

However, too many guys are going to the gym just to “feel” better cause they can move some iron with a s**tty form and stroke their EGO, without paying attention to what they put in their body 🍽️

Lifting weights 4 hours per week is EASY!
Controlling what you eat for 168 hours per week is HARD.

And that questions is - “WHY?”

WHY do I want this? 🤔
WHY is this important ..?

In life & in fitness we all WANT something.
But too often we don’t STOP & THINK deeply “WHY the fu*k is this important to me?”

The MAIN reason why most people FAIL to achieve their fitness goals is cause they never go DEEP enough and understand WHY achieving their goal is important.

Most of you just “want it” without understanding WHY!

Because if you actually would understand WHY you want it - you would take it seriously OR you would accept the fact that it’s not that important and that you just can’t be bothered to do what it takes to ACHIEVE IT, which would result in “closing the case” ✔️

So ask yourself: “WHY achieving X is important to me?”

And then either GET SERIOUS ABOUT IT or stop bulls**tting yourself and finally make peace that you will NEVER ACHIEVE IT.

Anything in - between is just “mastu*bation”

Living on this earth for 32 years and observing what is going on in the world and around me makes me wiser within each day 🌎🧠 ..

And in my opinion, these are the most VALUABLE things in life, which a MAN should be really grateful and proud of:

💎 Having a healthy & highly functional body
💎 Being raised by both parents
💎 Not having to deal with toxic family members
💎 Having a loyal woman
💎 Being fertile to have his OWN kids
💎 Having healthy kids
💎 Being able to pass His Legacy to HIS Son(s)
💎 Not raising another man’s kids
💎 Having a woman with LOW body count
💎 Having a woman who is not “whoring” for attention online
💎 Having a woman who respects him with her EVERY decision
💎 Having loyal friends
💎 Having a great relationship with family members
💎 Being WISE to understand what is right or wrong
💎 Not having addictions
💎 Not slaving away doing job he hates
💎 Having strong mind & character
💎 Being strong mentally not to have to deal with mental issues

There are some more ..

All of these mentioned Diamonds are very scarce especially these days, that’s why it became even more valuable than ever before 💎

To acquire MOST of them - you have to become a certain type of man, which takes DISCIPLINE, COURAGE and PATIENCE.

I don’t drink alcohol nor do I do any type of drugs (except coffee ☕️)

You are still not skipping squats, are you? 👀

Back in my first years of training, I used to skip squats too .. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I’ve tried it for a few weeks..
. But since it was very hard (and I had literal headaches while doing it) I stopped it and used leg press instead 🤡

Like a boy 👶🏼 - avoiding what’s tough & challenging, and instead of getting tougher I’ve picked easier exercises justifying it with: “I don’t need big legs like those bodybuilders anyway, machines will do fine”

When in reality, that was only an excuse to avoid SUFFERING the pain & discomfort of doing squats.

Few years later, I battled my “inner bitch voice” and finally started to suffer the discomfort of those damned squats, only to realise ..

That doing squats not only benefits my body & legs but my MENTALITY 🧠

And this developed MENTALITY 🦅 helped me to build ELITE physique & get good at other things in life.

So .. don’t SKIP squats!

There is a BIG difference between wanting VS needing!

The first one is just “nice to have”
And the second YOU MUST HAVE no matter what!

The first one is wishing ..
The second one is PLANNING!

When it comes to getting in shape, Most of you are just wishing ☁️ for that healthy - athletic body .. ⚔️

You are HOPING that eventually you will find the EASY hack 🪄, or a CHEAP 🤡 shortcut which will make you obtain that ELITE body who would give you confidence.

You want it as long as it comes WITHOUT making SACRIFICES .. financial or experiencing discomfort..

And the reason for having this SOFT mindset is because you only WISH to have it, but you don’t NEED IT.

You are delusional due to NOT realising that your whole LIFE QUALITY depends on it 🌏!

And sadly (for you) .. Life will go by, your youngest years will end..

You will look back .. wishing that you had the balls & character to SACRIFICE for “IT” instead of wishing for the EASY path, which never existed.

My first thoughts after becoming a dad 👑:

It’s been a challenging month to say the least..

Now I understand more how parenting affects man’s life ..

And even tho, I have been “tasting” this for only a month, I got a good picture of what will be the most important SKILL to master going further.

And that skill is Flexibility.

Flexibility to manage time to workout, cook food & run a business/work, and maintain a good relationship.

Having said that, very often I hear the excuse of “having kid(s)” as a reason WHY guys have soft bodies & can’t get in shape.

When the ACTUAL reason for that is just ❌ NOT being flexible enough to make it happen.

BUT .. to make it happen whilst having kids requires EFFECTIVE & TIME EFFICIENT fitness strategies which would work with your NEW WAY OF LIFE.

Having these strategies is the ONLY way to be FLEXIBLE and make all of this WORK 💯
