Roles & Responsibilities:
Care Assistant:
• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or care settings.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and medication.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
Senior Care Assistant:
• Oversee the care team, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in the development of care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor the health of clients.
• Ensure high standards of care are maintained by the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Compassionate individuals with a passion for care.
• Previous experience in care is preferred, but not essential for Care Assistant roles.
• Experience is required for Senior Care Assistant roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to undergo necessary training.
• Flexibility and a commitment to providing the best care possible.
