Me & JiURU......A brief intro to what it is we do and our upcoming Level 3 Diploma Thai Yoga Massage course.........

JiURU is a play on 2 words. The 1st is Guru, we listen to many people who tell us how to improve or what to do, trainers, bosses, teachers…Gurus - who brings light to darkness. Our best teacher, the one we should listen to 1st and last when enquiring, is the one inside all of us.

‍The 2nd word is Ji. In Indian culture Ji is added to the end of somebody’s name to show respect, normally a teacher or elder of the community. Mother – Mata- Mataji or Teacher – Guru -Guruji.

‍JiURU is something we can say to ourselves to stop looking elsewhere or outside of ourselves for respect or plaudits. We can say Ji-(my friend) URU…(you are you), no comparison needed. Love ourselves, respect ourselves... JiURU.

Togetherness, community, family, nature, connection and so much love was the ingredients for the weekend.
Thank you everyone who joined us, supported and showed up. We couldn't ask for more, the glorious sunshine and huge magical full moon watching over us in a beautiful little green space surrounded by horses, wildlife and woodlands.
May we all keep growing and flowing together.

Yes it is happening we are going wild in nature for next months social club. 🌳🌿🪵🔥🐾
Join us for a weekend of green magic, family fun and community in our own mini festival/ family retreat, weekend camp out.

Another truly magical social club yesterday, Thank you to everyone who came and supported us once again.
Big big thank you to Hanna for the fantastic Qigong session to get our energy flowing, so so wonderful to have your support for our community gathering.
The afternoon session was pure body goodness otherwise known as body wisdom with our very own Swamiji Steve. Working in twos we gave and received a simple massage, happy bodies and blissed out faces afterwards!
I couldn't be more impressed with the young participants, 10 and 12 year olds learning to give and receive massage, all so focused, calm and caring, such a joy to witness.
I had lots of fun junk modelling a speedy delivery van with the kids who just love to have fun in the big exciting adventure of Colet House as much as we do.
And of course thank you to the big and magical being of bricks and mortar, spirits, prayers and ancient arts who opens your doors to us and holds us safe in your belly each month Colet House we love you. 🙏🏨❤️

Wow wow wow what a fantastic day we had yesterday. So much energy, so much love, thank you to all who made it so magical.

Get into your body and breath, sing, dance and grow vegetables is the recipe for a happy holistic life and our menu yesterday was full, delicious packed with Love.

Big thanks to Steve for the wonderful morning session, Abe, Gina and me on the cooking team and our amazing talented queen of the dance floor Manuela for the afternoon dancing fun.
