It’s something I feel incredibly strongly about. As a medically trained professional and former dentist, I’ve seen the damage this can cause — physically and emotionally.

💜The woman who planted the seed…

There’s one person I’ve been thinking about whilst writing my book and even more deeply since my book launch: my beautiful friend and one of my best friends Jo Davison.

She wasn’t just by my side at the event—she was also one of the ones who made it possible.

Jo introduced me to Mirela Sula and the global woman community. She saw the book in me before I ever spoke it aloud. It was her quiet encouragement, her belief in my voice, that planted the very first seed.

Jo, founder of Blue Cow Global along with her fabulous husband Steve, is one of the most inspiring people I know. The way she empowers others to grow—gently, confidently, authentically—is magic.

✨Still buzzing from an unforgettable Saturday…

I had the absolute joy of launching my book Transform Your Skin to Transform Your Life with some of my incredible patients — and it all began with a powerful experience at the launch of the Global Woman Essex event, hosted by the visionary Mirela Sula — a true force for women’s empowerment.

After a morning of connection, inspiration, and brilliant women from all industries, I had the honour of being interviewed by Mirela in the early afternoon.

Her thoughtful questions, deep presence, and genuine support created such a meaningful space for me to share my story — not only as a skin expert, but now also as an author.

💜 Saturday’s launch was something truly special.

To celebrate Transform Your Skin to Transform Your Life with many of the very people whose skin journeys inspired its pages — and to do it in my home, where this dream first began — was incredibly emotional.

These are the people who’ve trusted me with their skin — and now they were showing up to support my next chapter.

We laughed, hugged, got teary (yes, me too!), and celebrated with champagne, canapés and cake — not just a book, but a shared mission of confidence, healing, and transformation.

A heartfelt thank you to my husband and children, who were there by my side — cheering me on, helping behind the scenes, and reminding me why I do what I do. I talk about them all the time, so it was extra special for my patients to finally meet the people behind the stories. 💕

To everyone who came along, your presence meant so much. And to those who couldn’t make it but sent kind words and warm wishes — I truly felt you there. 💛

I’ll be sharing more photos soon — but for now, my heart is full and the memories are already locked in.

When your body whispers… do you pause to listen?

Lately, I’ve been reflecting deeply on just how loudly our bodies and skin speak when we’re moving too fast.

Aches. Fatigue. That foggy headspace.
And on the surface?
Breakouts. Dullness. Irritation.

These aren’t random. They’re messages — gentle nudges to slow down and come back to ourselves. 🌿

After a whirlwind few months — launching my book Transform Your Skin to Transform Your Life and supporting patients in clinic — I’ve noticed those signs showing up in me too.

So today, I’m choosing something different:
✨ A grounding meditation (because stress always shows on the skin)

This weekend, I officially launched Transform Your Skin to Transform Your Life at the Global Woman Summit in London — and I’m still feeling all the emotions from that incredible moment.

Sharing my message in a room full of inspiring women and men from around the world was truly meaningful and humbling.

Earlier this week, I shared the honour of taking the stage at Global Woman. Now, I want to dive deeper into the message I’m truly passionate about — how our skin reflects our inner power.

Our skin is not just a surface to fix or cover up. It’s a mirror of our emotions, health, and self-worth. Whether you’re a man or a woman, your skin tells your story — and you have the power to transform it.✨

One truth I always remind my patients: Your skin listens to how you live and how you speak to yourself. Treat your body with kindness, rest well, hydrate deeply, and speak with love — your skin will show it.
