This female played rugby and did not want sub-muscular implants so instead we opted for sub-glandular semi anatomical implants (ergonomix Motiva 300cc). This works well with smaller breasts (upto b/c cup) where the lower pole (from ni**le to lower breast crease) is not too stretched or long in terms of distance (5-6cm max). Otherwise they tend to bottom out and droop over time

This lady desired a commonly asked goal with implants only - an increase of 2 cup sizes (B to D In this case), with some cleavage but not looking ‘overdone’. To achieve this we placed 325cc round Mentor implants under the muscle (dual plane 2). Releasing the muscle just the right amount gives the right support laterally (outer breast) whilst achieving the right gap between breasts.

This lady had done a fantastic job of losing weight and getting into shape but this had resulted in significant excess skin around her torso. Combining an FDL and mini reverse (eg scars under breast but not across entire upper abdominal abdomen) abdominoplasty, I have re contoured her abdomen to better match her fitness and health.

Achieving good results with breast uplifts when tightening only around the ni**le areolar complex is challenging. This lady has a lovely result with 350cc Mentor sub-muscular round implants. I have my own modified way of suturing around the ni**le to minimise stretch.

This lady desired an uplift, with cleavage, to match her body shape and ideally to be able to go braless. I placed 265cc Motiva implants under the muscle and removed a small amount of tissue from her outer / lower breast to ensure the shape was round not ‘boxy’. This has restored her confidence and body image.

This lady with deflated breasts (post children and weight loss) desired uplifted breasts with upper pole fullness, without looking ‘over done’. This is quite a typical scenario and request. I typically:
1) go under the muscle to create cleavage. Importantly, whatever people say, breasts will drop quickly if you don’t when uplifting and adding weight (eg implants).
2) I remove tissue at the outer lower part of the breast to create an aesthetic curve (e.g. removing the side b**b!)

She had 300cc micro textured round Motiva implants

This patient came to me for upper and lower blepharoplasty. However, due to low eyebrows and a lack of mid cheek volume she needed fat grafting to the lower lids and a brow lift. This avoided overly long visible scars (upper lid) and a poor outcome with the lower lids. Along side a pinch upper bleph (small amount of skin removed), adding volume to the lower lids / mid cheek, and raising her outer brows has resulted in a natural refreshed look with imperceptible scars.
