Weight Loss, Inflammation Management, and Gut Health with Dr Menapace I have been studying holistic ways to heal, to feel better, to improve people’s life for many years. My passion has now partly transformed into my profession.

I have created ABO-PLUS system to help you with your goals and to manage your symptoms in a natural way (nutrition and food supplements). Hello, I'm Dr. Marcello Menapace, Biologist and Nutritional Coach, born in 1975, in Italy. My main goal, all these years, has been to seek natural ways to manage inflammation, to live a better life, to achieve stronger physical and mental health. In recent years, I have studied and experimented a lot, creating the ABO-PLUS method. I have helped many people for free in order to improve their health conditions and their performance on an intellectual, work and physical level. While my books, one currently in progress, present my findings in a scientific manner, I now aim to share my discoveries in a more accessible way to benefit others. Sometimes, a book alone may not suffice, which is why I also provide ONLINE consultancy services for tailored guidance on nutrition and integrative approaches, including food supplements. My expertise spans research, philosophy, theology, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing for pharmaceutical companies, showcasing a wide range of skills and knowledge.
