Dermal fillers are NOT the villain.
👀 The “overfilled” look you see everywhere?
It’s almost always an injector issue – not a product issue.

When fillers are used correctly, they should:

The real red flags are:

CHANGES OF COMING ⚠️
A new Green / Amber / Red licensing scheme for non-surgical cosmetic procedures is being introduced (under the Health and Care Act powers in England) – and if you’re not working towards recognised standards, you will be left behind. 

This is what it means in real life (no scare tactics, just facts):

🟢 Green – lower-risk treatments
🟠 Amber – injectables & higher-risk procedures = tougher requirements
🔴 Red – highest risk = only in properly regulated medical settings

The direction is clear: licensing, stricter oversight, evidence of training, and accountability. Exact go-live date depends on the final regulations, but serious practitioners are upgrading now – not when it’s too late. 

I’m a Reg. Healthcare Professional (GDC DCP) with an Ofqual-regulated Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice, MSc in Healthcare Management & Complications and Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training – next year I’ll be delivering Level 7-aligned training designed for the new licensing landscape:
