We see everything it took to get there. 😅

This chat with moved us in ways we can’t really explain.

Not only had she just completed her first ever half marathon.

But she’d done so less than six months after having her second baby.

Broken sleep, early feeds, and a business to run. And yet, still showing up, lacing up, getting the miles in.đŸƒâ€â™€ïž

Because mums are amazing! đŸ™ŒđŸŒ

This is what it really looks like to return to running after having a baby.

It’s not perfect. It’s not linear. But it’s no less impressive.

Rosie didn’t just run her furthest race that day. She rebuilt her strength, trusted her body again, and proved what’s possible with the right support.

For becoming a mum didn’t mean the end of running. It meant starting again, differently.

Like so many women, she found there wasn’t enough support or understanding around postnatal recovery, especially when it came to pelvic floor health and returning to exercise.

So she took things into her own hands.

“You’ve got to just go for it.”

For Tricia, age 70, that meant rebuilding confidence in her body after years of putting others first. After raising her children and stepping away from the things she loved, she wasn’t sure if she could get back to it.

But step by step, strength returned. Confidence followed.
