OVERPRONATING? This guy gets a lot of press and attention, especially in the footwear world. But what about when the opposite is actually happening? A lack of proper pronation through the foot/ankle. It can cause issues like chronic calf issues, plantar fasciitis, ankle tendinopathies and ITB syndrome to name a few. Likewise reduced pronation can be an effect, rather than the cause e.g. the result of a shortened stride from sciatic tension, reduced hip mobility/ impingement issues or linked to leg length discrepancies 🤯
