Being part of the lovely Joy Group Centre has been such a beautiful experience. I was introduced by Nina and have been going most of this year.

Guided meditation with sound therapy, and this time I got to try Laughter yoga - and wow, the benefits are incredible! 😂💫 it's so important to laugh- the body can't even tell the difference between a real laugh and a fake laugh, but both release those happy hormones that make you feel amazing.

So grateful for the joy, healing, and connection this group brings ❤🌿💫
