We’ve just finished re-testing our group members 1 rep max pull up efforts.

5 weeks of working on technique and adding some training volume.

Most members use bands as they are a great way to make the movement accessible and also easier to progress.

Once that bodyweight rep is achieved, we dont stop, we start adding extra load.

If you have a pull up goal, come and give our 14 day trial a go!

Heel taps.

It targets our muscles responsible for rotation and side flexion through our torso.

Core training doesn’t need to be overcomplicated.
