New Horizons has worked with clients at every level of professional achievement. Our clients come from a variety of sectors including financial services, information technology, legal, energy, engineering, management consultancy, accountancy, publishing, higher & further education, local government, trade associations, charity and NFP, travel & transport, retail, healthcare, electronics and telecommunications. Who are we? We are an independent company established in 1991. Our team of consultants is made up of experienced professionals whose wide diversity of backgrounds, skills and expertise ensures that we can match our clients' needs. Our pool of experience includes HR, recruitment, marketing, training, coaching and counselling. These days it's easy to rely on tools like AI to all but write everything for us, from a simple LinkedIn post to a whole CV! One thing that early spring brings us is International Women's Day, an occasion with special significance for New Horizons as a female-led organisation.

The majority of our coaches are women, and with certain services we provide like maternity career coaching being designed around women's needs and aspirations, it is important to celebrate this event in the way it deserves!

To all the women who have worked with us ever since NH opened its doors more than 30 years ago, we send our warmest regards and our best wishes for the future. Remember to celebrate yourselves and your achievements this weekend and always!

Sometimes terms like "Outplacement" and "Career Coaching" can feel a little bit technical and outdated. In 2025 we use the term "Career Transition Support" to describe all our programmes.
